Operation Jobs is a service offered by Cypress Assistance Ministries to unemployed and under-employed individuals of the community. Operation Job's goal is to help the job seeker by offering direction in their job search, providing the tools they need to become a long-term and, therefore, a more valuable employee. Operation Jobs also provides much needed, but often over-looked, emotional support.

Operation Jobs volunteers make follow-up calls, contact local merchants and take care of miscellaneous promotional activities when needed.
