What We Do
Operation Jobs, an outreach of Cypress Assistance Ministries, has one goal, to help the unemployed or underemployed find full-time employment that will take care of their livelihood today and give them possibilities for advancement in the future.
Operation Jobs (OJ) candidates come from diverse work backgrounds and cover many skill categories:
* Professionals – nearly 50% of OJ candidates have at least one degree
* Skilled Workers – with certifications
* Middle Management
* Sales Professionals
* Customer Service
* Unskilled Workers
* Entry Level Candidates
Operation Jobs works to match the skill of the candidate with the skill required as posted by the potential employer. By providing the candidate with the tools needed to find and obtain suitable employment, they become long-term and, therefore, more valuable employees.
